Quality over Quantity
When you have doubts on how well your oral presentation will be, the best solution is to be positive and be prepared beforehand. As someone, you need to think of the possible options you have available.
You can start with the smallest steps. For it can come as easy as simply reading from a script, but such a valued life lesson for one’s self-esteem will be lost in the making. In most cases, group projects are a better opportunity to help find your way. You have the chance to express your opinions among your team members and give reassurance for their reasoning. For as a part of having groups, there needs to be reasoning, understanding and course of action.

As a group member, you need to see if you must take initiative for a conversation or simply imply some interest. We can take note on our values and our effectiveness to help widen our perspective.
To accomplish your goals, dreams, and the perfect presentation, groups will need to be capable of bringing attention to possible issues. In chapter 9, it indicted examples of different variety of groups and their true nature purpose. This group presentation didn’t succeed in sticking to the indicated agenda. It is as though their initial communication patterns could had been more greatly defined if some attentions were mentioned.
Group two indeed showed their accountability among each other in which their moral of working together were expressed through multiple accounts of pictures and similar theme. The synergy in this group’s presentation were strong held in account of completion but the storming process for issues were lightly covered.
For a group to have an intact flexible agenda, it is best to have guidelines. Having a set form of action can have a massive impact on overall success. In chapter 10, we learned about how to set logistics in meetings and the importance of discussing key roles. Despite not having the form of leadership, group three showed their mutual understanding of trust. Sometimes, in group work, when there is no trust, individuals seek to monitor over-shoulders and can damage work relationships. When asked to present in place of another, this group used their dynamics of communication and stepped up.
To conclude, to fully understand your capabilities, values, and upholding in society, you must acknowledge the level of self-esteem and self-consciousness among yourself. For in the tree of groups, there are many branches. Families are the key founder for considering among realization for purpose in your actions. As for the group members, each needs to establish guidelines for discussing the portentousness. If each member goes forward with their roles, the presentations will be more lively and have less rough edges.
